Almost there…just a few more volunteers needed!

Thanks to all those who have volunteered, we just have a few more slots to fill.
Field Day – June 17 (rain date June 18)
  • 6:30AM-8AM:  2 parents for Set Up
  • 10AM-Noon:  1 parent for Activities and Water Stations
  • 11:45AM-1:15PM:   2 parents for Lunch
  • Noon-1:30PM:   2 parents for Clean Up
8th grade moving-on ceremony (June 20)
  • June 19 –  4:00pm or later for about an hour – parents to decorate  the gym (1 person)
  • June 20 – 9:30 – 10:30am – Set up the tables, food and drinks to serve to 8th graders and their families (1 person)
  • June 20 – 10:30am – 12:00pm – Staff tables to pour drinks and help clean up.  (2 people)
