Oak Hill’s Annual Back-to-School Clean Up 8/31

Please join us this Thursday August 31st for our annual Back-to-school Clean Up from 8:30-10:30. This is a rewarding community effort to make our school extra warm and inviting for all of our children and educators. Come solo or bring your middle schooler to help plant, weed, rake, water, and sweep. Yummy treats will be provided to keep us energized. Please email if you would like to volunteer or donate at shawna.conaghan77@gmail.com  .
Can’t Make it on the 31st?
No worries, you can still be a part of making our school beautiful! We need volunteers to help water the flowers during the first month of school. You can volunteer to water for one time only or sign up for a recurring day of the week. Whether it’s early morning or sunset, the flowers are always happy to see you! It is a rewarding way to be active in your child’s school.
Donations – We are also looking for donations to improve our building and grounds. Please feel free to donate any plantings—from your favorite perennial to fall mums! If flowers are not your thing, we also wish for:
• one large flower pot,
• an oscillating sprinkler,
• and four sections of split-rail fence to protect our flowers next to the overhang.
